To make things a little easier for you, here are some tips and important information for your stay.

In case of emergency, please dial 112, where you will usually find helpers in several languages. Please note that this is an EMERGENCY CALL NUMBER!
Please park your vehicle in a way that does not restrict or obstruct the exit of garages.
Please do not throw anything in the toilet. There are trash receptacles available accordingly. This will help you avoid a pipe blockage. This is the case all over the island – you will find appropriate notices everywhere.
Parents are of course responsible for their children, this applies especially to the use of the pool.
Do not switch on too many electrical appliances at the same time! On the island then often the power supply is not sufficient and you have no more electricity.
The operating instructions for the electronic devices can be found on the respective devices.
Please remember that water is a scarce commodity on our beautiful island and is not unlimited.
For your safety, use the safe and the alarm system. Please contact us immediately if you accidentally set off the alarm. This will prevent an unnecessary visit by the security company, the police or, if necessary, the fire department.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises! If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas!
Open fire is not allowed under any circumstances. Tenerife is a very dry island and the fire risk is accordingly high. For a cozy barbecue you can use the grill on the terrace. Please use the lid so that there are no flying sparks. Do not leave the grill unattended while there are still embers or fire.
Jumping into the pool is not allowed on any side for safety reasons!
Please use the towels only in the house and at the pool. Please do not take them to the beach.
